well on a diet you don t have to starve yourself its not good for yourself and you will look like a skeleton. for a diet you should stick to a normal diet with not to much food but ur 3 meals and maybe a snack between lunch and dinner and you can eat cookies just not all the time and absolutely no coke or stuff thats what messes people up on diets. and beuty tips try eating fruit and stuff and it gives ur skin a slight glow to it and don t put on to much makeup cuz then u block ur natural beuty
A simple way to loose some weight is simple but cutting out soda and juice. One a day isnt so bad but if you drink 8 classes of water a day you will notice a big difference and how you feel and eventually your weight.
