Wow...that s wayyy too skinny. I m 5 5 and I weigh about 110 pounds. But if you re the type of person that has a really fast metabolism and is incredibly skinny (I have friends like that) then it probably suits you and is just how your body is. But you re anything but fat.

You are not fat.. but if you feel like you want to the healthiest way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet and excersise.But looking at your height and weight i deff dont think your fat at all. You actually probably have room to gain weight. I suggest lifting 3 times a week with small weights, no more than 5 lbs. The best thing you can do is stay healthy
