come up with a program that fits yor schedule sit ups and try running a mile daily and then by the end of one week you should be able to run it as the weeks move up your progress should to week by week you should be able to run more than a mile try timing yourself toset a time limit
running will make your stronger. run with alot of clothes on to make sure your body gets hot and sweats. the lighter you get the faster you will get. if you want to get stronger you need to lift heavy weights, however, this will add body mass and you said you didnt want that.
