I want to get stronger and quicker and i need to become tougher? -

i am bit strong already i cn lift stuffs that others cant .but i want to become stronger so as to break something.i am a bit heavy so i wanna reduce weight at the same time i wanna become stronger and i wanna run fast too.so any weight loss tips are welcomed.it doesnt matter if i cannot tighten my muscles i rather lose them and become skinny.i like to be skinny

come up with a program that fits yor schedule sit ups and try running a mile daily and then by the end of one week you should be able to run it as the weeks move up your progress should to week by week you should be able to run more than a mile try timing yourself toset a time limit

running will make your stronger. run with alot of clothes on to make sure your body gets hot and sweats. the lighter you get the faster you will get. if you want to get stronger you need to lift heavy weights, however, this will add body mass and you said you didnt want that.

Go to gym 3 times a week.
