I love chocolate anything too. Fast and cheap would be a liquid diet for 3-4 days. I like Slim Fast, but not everybody does. I take the cans and put them in the freezer until slushy. This tastes so good, but like any other calorie reduction diet, I get hungry and still want to eat.There doesn t seem to be any easy way.
