There is not much you can do in 2 weeks. It is exceptionally unhealthy to loose weight that quickly. A healthy amount is about 2 pounds per week.You need to find a way to exercise. I know this is not the answer you wanted, but it is the true one. Sorry. :)
Hmm.Lower the fat content on what you eat,try and run a little. Do sit ups everyday,not sure how much. Lift cans of food (there heavy) or get some weights.Also join a team for two weeks :P haha. Just for the excersise then quit,like a team at school or something.Good luck :D
No bread, cake, cookies, biscuits, buns, potato for two weeks. Eat canned tuna, very lean meat, skim milk, vegetables, salad, no dressing. Eat some fruit, Drink lots of water. That should do it! You can run on the spot or get a skipping rope like the boxers do.
