How Can I lose Weight? -

I am a 14 year old girl and I am 5 4 and 155 pounds. I want to lose weight, but I don t want to go on any sort of pill. I have a treadmill at my house which I try to use for 30 minutes everyday, but I still see no results. I am watching what I eat, but I haven t lost any weight. I am looking for good weight loss tips,exercises, or diets that can help get me through this tough time. I really want to lose 50 pounds, and I know that will take a couple of months or more, but I want to feel good about myself. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water...--------------------------------------��-replace coke with water or juice-replace junk food with fruits and veggies-use fresh instead of frozen or canned-eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS-try to get some of your friends to help-its hard doing it on your own-exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride-during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break andyou can loose alot!-DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the Loose Weight Plan You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise!-make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks-DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! :-)-Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you-Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutritionGood Luck :-)

One, I need you to remember this important thing: Losing weight takes time. Some good advice that I have read in many places is this: 30 mins 3x a week for good heart health; to lose weight cardio should be 30 mins intense or 45 minutes moderate. You should look into doing calisthenics, which is cardio with weight training starting out 3 times a week at beginner level. Then you can bump it up to five days a week (or just doing it every other day) at 45 minutes. Bump up intensity as you gain experience and always remember to give your muscles a rest (at least 24 hours between sessions, hence the every other day suggestion). They have to repair themselves because that is what helps you to lose weight.

girl you gotta eat less bread, not carbs, but bread stuff that has gluten, it will say it contains wheat. avoid dairy thats really unnatural. i lost 20 punds going paleo ( which is fruits veggies nuts meats rice) i feel great! its not just about losing the weight its about feeling better and living your life! and try running on the trreadmill to really make your self sweat. youll start seeing results and forget the sugar processed foods like cookies and bread, seriously girl go paleo!!

Well in reality in would be extremely tough to lose 50 pounds but try doing some weight training and turn any fat into muscle. Cardio is also very good but try going on the tred for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 in the evening and keep eating healthy!It may take time but keep up the good work!

if you are having problems loosing weight on what your actually doing now then you are going to have to do more working out and possibly more healthier diet..but you didnt say your diet so im not exactly sure but doing more exercise will almost always solve the problem.i lost 36lbs in 2 weeks by eating less, drinking water, and playing basketball for about 2 hours a day.

Normal daily meals will keep your weight steady but they re not good for loosing weight. Eat tiny amounts of healthy food more often and it will greatly increase your metabolism. That s what wrestlers do when they are trying to cut down to a certain weight for the team.

Start with such a simple thing is completely exclude any soft drinks and sugary snacks. This can help you lose 10-20 pounds easily. Don t eat anything past 7-8 o clock. Stay away from fast food.

I see nothing wrong with that weight at all.The best thing to start with is being compfortable and happy with yourself. I weigh 160lbs down from 180lbs. I simply watched my portions.It s not always the calories that get you and the bad foods, alot of america has lost control on portioning meals. Most poeople will eat until they are full. That is not a sign of a decent meal but a sign that your stomach is has expanded to it s limit or close to it. I suggest eating enough to fight off the hunger feeling but not enough to get that full feeling. The weight seems to fall of on me at least using this strategy. I lost 20lbs in 3 months eating fast food. All I did was limit my portions. That way you can eat, be happy, and still reach your goal weight. But remember, it s not worth it if you are not going to be happy with who you are in the first place.
