Easy weight lose Tips? -

I want to lose twenty pounds. Do you have any weight loss tips?

A person I knew used to be obese, and the way she lost a LOT of weight was by cutting out soda completely out of her diet. Within a month, she had already lost 5 lbs because she used to drink coke daily.After that first month, she then cut out MSG from her diet, which is a chemical that is known to cause weight problem, and she started to go for walks. She is now a slim jim at about 120 lbs or so. She looks stunning!

Make a list of everything you ate yesterday, and another one for today. Leave nothing out! Then all you really need to do is plan your meals making sure that you eat half of the carbohydrates from your two test days (potato, rice, bread, pasta etc.) and replace the other half with a nice, clean large glass of ordinary plain water at every meal and again whenever you feel hungry between meals. Guaranteed way to lose weight!

get active and eat healthy then give yourself like a one treat week idea where you get a treat a week like pop,ice cream,cake,candy etc

by alot of low cal food and eat diff stuff so u dont get tired of crappy like food

go jogging/running everyday for at least 30 minutes, or join a sport, martial art
