Well what I did and I was losing a pound a day(a lil unhealthy) but whatever. I also had a hard time because of work but this seem to not take that long.1.I ate only 1200 cal everyday2. I walked 45 Min s a day(speed walking)3.I did sit ups or squats(50 of them)but do this right after you walk for better result s. Also suck in your tummy when your doing sit up for your abs to be tighter.4.drink tons and tons of water(no soda) It will help you sweat out toxins and help with the water weight.5.Try not to eat foods with lots of salt because it will keep you from losing weight.6.Try lean cuisine because they are low in cal, they are really tasty and good for your on the go life style. I also got the 100 cal packs of chips, cookies and rice cakes for snacks.I lost it real fast that way and I have a real hard time losing weight.Good luck!!
if you decide to sleep in eat before you are hungry because this way your body isn t going to eat at your muscle and lower your metabolism and diet pills don t work and unless you are gonna some how work out and burn calories or do not do protein shakes only a person can handle 4 grams of protein because your artery walls can t take a lot of protein and they will give out over time if you do to much. and two even if you eat protien and don t do something active to burn it off you body will store it as fat. and drink lots of water too. And try and increase the reps and lower the weight if you really want to lose weight because then you will be working on your cardio system as you weight lift and when you warm up get like on a bike or tead mill and run for five minutes if you can get a tread mill run at a speed of 3.5 for five minutes same as a cool down and hopefully you can find a way to keep track of your speed on a bike if not just go for five minutes on a bike but nice and slow it s not suppose to be even a warm up for a cool down also just five minutes on the bike too
diet and exercise are discourageing wordsi recently loss 10 pounds in 1 month with barely doing anything extrainstead of diet just cut back,counting calories can mess with your head,so just visually eat less and more vegatables,play some sports(i did badminton) and play them often,and do small exersised, like small foot and hand pedal to burn a few extra calories
