MY ADVICE: run on treadmill for 30 mins(4-6 mph, 1-3% incline) right when you wake up so you have no food in your stomach to burn fat from so you burn fat directly from your fat storage and do that for a few weeks and trust me, you WILL get results =)I FOUND THIS FROM A WEBSITE: Do Cardio. No matter how muscular your abs are that six pack isn t going to show if you cover it up with a layer of fat. Running, biking, swimming, stair climbing, jumping rope, tennis, volleyball, dancing, squash or any other activity that gets you moving and keeps you moving is a great way to burn fat. However, a cardiovascular workout should be performed for at least 20 MINUTES to burn fat. Prior to this your body will simply run on its stored energy, which results in minimal fat loss. Cardiovascular training should always be done after your weight lifting workout. While lifting weights, you use stored, (carbohydrate) energy, thus, by performing cardio exercises after weight training your body will have less stored energy to use and go straight into the fat storage for its energy use. The overall best way to shed fat fast is to do cardiovascular (30 min. minimum) right when you wake up. Your body will search for energy to use, and when it finds nothing in your stomach, it will go directly to your fat reserves for energy.
the answer is... you can t loose 10-30 lbs fast... figure 1-2 lbs a week is fast! figure 1/2 to 1 lb a week is normal... so to loose 20 lbs.. figure 25-30 weeks... 6-8 months of constant vigilance and work... and put this on your fridge... Nothing tastes as good as thin feels Good luck
Don t focus so much on weight; focus on toning, so in addition to 60 minutes of cardio a day:I do ab circuits multiple times daily. *100 crunches*50 bicycle crunches*25 leg lifts*balance your weight on your right elbow (20 seconds)*balance your weight on your left elbow (20 seconds)*20 push-upsTip: always keep your abs tight (even when sitting or walking)Diet: eat foods low in sodium to counteract bloating of the stomach; eat healthy food all aroundFor arms, legs, etc. I use resistance bands, weights, and do squats and lunges.Hope this helps :-)
Try to limit your calorie intake. for morning you should have around 300 calories 1 1/2 once of cereal + half fruit, lunch salad low call dressing with neutro system frozen food that only have 150 to 300 calories, dinner also steam vegetable with chicken brest.or fish very small piece, and daily exersice running is very good and stair climber you burn alot. No sodas or bottled ice tea at all too much sugar. Berries are fine in between breakfast and lunch. smal size two pices of chocolate cookies or small slice of cake 250 calories are good in afternoon. depends on your height and weight. but keep yourself in 1200 calories a day you loose weight fast.
