You need exercise, but if you are carrying over 100lbs extra, you are too morbidly obese to do much at the start, so you need to really start to lose weight by food control. There is no tip, other than YES it is bloody hard work, and you will do it if you actually want to do it, it s like smoking, no-one can make you do it only you, and you really need to. Also don t be looking to shed masses of weight in a short time, look to lose a pound a week. after 6 months you may then be able to start swimming, which will help you massively.To do this right will take 2 years, there is no quick easy fix, you are not going to look good on your holiday this year.

take up a hobby that will occupy you.KNITTING or sewing that is the magic i say.occupy your hands in the evening and u will distract yourself from getting up and grabbing those biscuits. and u can make cute scarves and hats n stuff!!!!!

Drink water, lots of water. Drink 8 oz about 10 min before a meal to help you fill up.
