So I need some health help? -

What are some natural diuretics? I drink tons of water, already.And I can t swallow apple cider vinegar, it tastes so bad.It needs to be things I can find in my kitchen, as well.Oh, and any super fast weight loss tips you d like to share? :)

Coffee is a diuretics, and eat healthy with not so much salt.The salt keep the water inside the body. if u eat with just a bit of salt and drink lot of water it will be good for ur body because ur the salt won t keep the water inside for longer.must of people don t know that anything that come in a bottle is unhealthy ( beer, coke, bottle juice. etc ) try not to think it. eat everything but small part saucer, no sugar, greasy food,.Don t do the diet tha is about all vegetable without protein or carbohydrates, because u won t have energy for nothing else and is a very dificult diet to keep.either try the diet all protein, and no carbohydrates, of course is easy to lose weight with this one but it can also damage ur liver and u don;t want that. do u?So just eait everything but the half of what u used to eat.
