WEIGHT LOSS TIPS PLEASE :)? -

I weigh about 450 pounds and I am a 33 year old women!! Weight loss tips anyone??? PLEASE :(

YOU DON T NEED WEBSITES, FANCY PILLS, OR ANY OF THAT CRAP! you have to eat healthy (whole grain bread, low fat, natural sugars, and etc) and exercise. Don t even think about counting calories or carbs. They do not work. I ve tried all different types of methods and eating right and working out is the best way. I used to weigh 200Ibs and now I weigh 150Ibs all from diet and exercise. *Important note - can t lose weight without exercise. Good Luck!

Well i have a few tips you could eat low fat things (smoothies,furit,veggies,etc) and you dont need to go on a diet DIETS DONT WORK!!!!!! just saying and you dont need to spend a lot of money you dont need any pills and every other days you could go on a walk and i hope these tips are good!! well let me tell u something.have u heard of HERBALIFE.well i drink it and ive lost 18lb.and something else is that the products dont taste bad.they are DELCIOUS.and u could have fun loosing weight with other people too.so try it.ask anybody u know if u could try the products.then write back Report Abuse
