Do something you enjoy such as swimming, biking or basketball. Join a softball league or go hiking. Try doing aerobics, water aerobics , spinning or yoga.
Hey there!! Have U tried the buddy system? It is a great reinforcement for your exercise routine. Try walking through a park while using hand weights ankle weights to add resistance. Also, make sure to be drinking 8 glasses that are 8oz ea of H20 a day. This will filter out any impurities you have built up throughout the day. As far as equip goes U can use a weight ball or even a beach ball if u already have 1 of those. Sit on the floor back to back w/your buddy. Then begin to pass the ball to each other in a twisting motion. Try this standing also it really works the oblique muscles. Hope these ideas help out.
