Don t drink anything other than water! No soda, juice, milkshakes, etc.Stay active(jump rope; run; join a sports team; even dancing around your room)No junk food(Twinkies; chips; cookies; McDonalds;etc)Eat only half of every meal you have and try not to eat out often.Good Luck!
