Weight loss tips? PLEASE HELP =[? -

So I really really really need to lose at least 20 pounds before Valentines day. Haven t seen my boyfriend in awhile and I want to look good! Please please please help me! Any ideas?

It s not possible to lose 20 pounds in 7 days. Don t do any methods that allows you to lose so much weight is so little days.
