This is unrealistic, sorry.Shoot for anything between 1-2 pounds a week ( only one or two more if you re VERY overweight).Portion control and exercise 5-6 times a week.
thats really hard but if your honestly deteremined you could see good results but yeah like the girl above me said you should be more realistic. Just eat better and smaller portions and exercise a ton!
Losing ten pounds a week is very unrealistic and very unhealty!!! You can lose 2-3 pounds a week in a healthy manner, here are the 4 main things you need to do starting with the easiest:1.
