There is no way to healthily lose 30, or even 20, pounds in three weeks. A loss of 15 pounds is, however, very achievable, so my first recommendation is that you change your goal to one that you can accomplish. Otherwise you ll just be really frustrated within two weeks.First: Quit drinking calories. No alcohol, soda, or juice. Water hydrates best and has no sugar. (This doesn t mean you have to stop eating milk with your cereal.)Try to avoid processed, canned and frozen foods - even if they are more convenient. Sorry, it is physically impossible to lose that amount of weight by dieting and exercise in 3 weeks. A realistic goal is 1-2 lbs per week. The only way you could lose that amount would be to have surgery, and the amount you want to lose exceeds the amount that should be removed in a liposuction session, and any other surgery would take more time to recover than fits into your schedule. I know this isn t what you want to hear, but you re just not going to get there in 3 weeks.

Othewise, a healthy rate to lose weight would be about 2 pounds a week.

Low carb diet. Only eat green veggies for carbs. If you go to the library, look at the South Beach Diet book. It has a list of foods you can eat during phase 1. Eat only those. You can drop 15-20 lbs in the first two weeks if you stay strict to that diet.Whether you follow it afterwards would be up to you. I would encourage you to look at the whole thing. You ll look and feel better by the end of three weeks.I ll say it is hard though. I have only made it 11 days on the strict phase 1. Then I only incorporate a little of the phase 2 things to eat, so it s almost a 1.5 phase.
well first you need to be healthy.cut down ALOT on bad foods, carbs, and fat.Eat 2 to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables.Also, go on runs, do 100 cruches,or get a home dvd workout .I reccomend tae bo.These all will help.But those wight loss pills will help you lose weight butis gonna mess up your life FOREVER.
