Effective workouts without equitment? -

I m stuck in my den all day with a couch and computer and a TV. I feel like working out, becuase i had a big, fatting, breakfast. I need something I can do and is effective. Possibly some weight loss tips if you have any?

There s a ton of things you can do such as jumprope, hula hooping, jumping jacks, lunges, kicking, crunches, situps. While watching TV, stand during the show and at each commercial do a different exercise.
