you can try tortilla shells...I lost alot of wait by reducing to one meal a day(not healthy), you should try five small meals a day...but really all you need to do to lose weight is burn more calories than you take in...simple right?
My advice is to do a bit of exercise daily drink lots of water before every meal..thats what i do to reduce my weight,by the time im ready to eat i can only eat a bit bcoz im already full.
