maybe try eating a high protein diet and eat every three hours
it s a lifestyle change, diets scream the word failure before you even begin!eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day high intensity cardio; jump rope, jog, dance, aerobics, cycling, gym etc!a HELL alot of water.mix cardio + strength training like lunges and squats with weights in your hands to make it more intense, do it to some music so you don t get bored, you can do things like 30 squats then jog on the spot for a minute and repeat for 15 minutes (: once in the morning then again at night.your legs will ache so stretch well before :)another would be working the abdominal like 100 normal sit ups,50 left sit ups,50 right sit ups,50 sit ups with your legs flat x 2reps.once in the morning and once in the evening again along with the jog+squats (:i lost 4lbs in the first week with this routine, it would ve been more if i didn t have previous eating habits and the lack of.healthy snack ideas for sugar cravings can include;bag of snack a jacks - 90calshartleys pots of jelly - 10cals amazing eh =Dlow fat rice cakes - 28cals eachhave sweetner instead of sugar - per tsp 2cals go ahead bars - 79cals per slicelow fat yoghurt - 80-100 calsbrown bread - 88 cals per slicecereal bars - usually around 80-120fruits + veggies!pink n whites marshmellow wafers - 50 cals =D30grams of cereal - usually between 100-120calsmake sure your not denying yourself of unhealthy foods totally and what you want, funsize snack/choc bars are usually around 70calshope this helped you and just remember that you CAN do it, just stay COMITTED :)really best of luck xo
You should do the typical lean protein and lots of veggies! But make sure you re getting whole grains and whole wheat things too, that may make your body happier, oatmeal, whole wheat high fiber breads and pastas. Also try taking some flaxseed oil supplements, maybe even evening primrose oil which helps with hormone balance. And yes, lots and lots of water, I drink two liters a day (at least.)
You have to join one of them such as Weight Watchers and go every week for support. You will lose it in time. My friend lost about 127 pounds.
Okay, here s how you solve your problems. No diet will work, trust me, I have a friend who was also a previous anorexic, and she tried every one just like you did, which was a smart thing to do, by the way. Experimenting usually helps. Now the best thing to do is try exercising. And maybe eating on and off. Eat little things, don t stuff yourself, or your body rushes to fix things. Now these are things my friend did and if they don t help you, my friend and you must ve been different.
