New to Exercise? -

What are some really effective excercises for teens to do to lose weight? I plan to lose at least 20 pounds over the summer but more is always great. Any other weight loss tips you have I would appriciate it! Thanks!

Anything that uses engery burns calories. And for every 3500 calories you burn you lose 1 pound. For every 3500 calories you consume, you gain 1 pound.
