If you are looking for some good snacking foods, reach for CELERY!!!! It is one of the only foods that have negative calories. In other words, it takes more calories for your body to digest the celery than the celery has. So basically, when you eat celery, it satisfies your hunger AND burns fat. Also, try to do a few yoga poses before bed. Even after you re done doing yoga, your muscles continue to burn calories so, you can burn calories while you sleep! And one more thing...WATER!
