I need weight loss tips. 21 f/ 150lbs/ 51? -

i am a 21 yr. college female and i weigh 150lbs and i am only 5 1. i want to lose 20lbs before i go on a cruise in Dec. Please give me healthy tips to lose weight. thanks.

Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you consume. To lose the weight you really need to watch what you eat. Based on your height, weight and the fact that you are a girl, I d suggest eating between 1200-1500 cal a day but do NOT eat less than 1200. There are tons of calorie counter type websites out there - I love www.calorieking.com Make sure you eat plenty of fruits, veggies and proteins. Eat whole grains instead of sugar and refined carbs. Most important... stay within your calories!!!Get more active. Try to exercise 4-5 times a week; 45 mins or so of intense exercise. When I was in college we had an awesome gym on campus that students could use for free so if your school has something similar, take advantage of it. If you don t have access to a gym you can always walk or run.Good luck. Your goal is realistic and you can do this with some hard work.

Its easy to say, and we all know but we seem not to have the willpower. Weight loss is succesfull through healthy eating, exercising and most importantly patience.I have got my self together lately and said, I ve been overweight for 4 years now, I always say im going to do something but never do, Why is this ? The reason is i am sooo desperate to lose weight is like i want it to hapen overnight. Then i gave myself a time wich is 6 months to lose 25 pounds. If it takes longer then no problem. only eat when you are hungry, and try not to eat after 7:00 p.m. try to excercise for at least 30 minutes a day and yoga helps alot too. also a diet secret is rice it keeps you full alot longer then other food and eat lost of protien like eggs, fish and chicken breast try not to eat alot of red meats there is alot more fat in those meats.

eat small meals every couple of hours, i hope you like fruits and vegetables eat lots of those. this well keep your metabolism up, drink like a gallon of water a day. this well help to clean all the bad stuff out of your body and fell it will good stuff.to lose the weight, running and sit ups. try all differnet kinds. take a look at some of this links
