I want to lose weight :( (Weight loss tips needed!!!)? -

i want to lose weight but i m not really 100% sure on where to starti dont want to be one of those people who devoted there whole life to losing weight becuase i do have alot of things to do and i really dont want to spend all of my time thinking about how i can loseBut this is what i have so far...Meal Plan for tomorrowBreakfast: Special K cereal with a bananaSnack: an orangeLunch: a sandwhich on whole wheat bread with 1tsp of mayo and 1 tbsp of honey mustard with shaved turkey breast and a little bit of mozzerella cheese and baby carrots and celerySnack: a protein shakeDinner: 1/2 cup pasta saladWith 8 cups of waterand 3 cups of green teaIs keeping a food diary really worth it?Exercise:Morning (5:00 am)10 minutes of jumping rope5 minutes of stair climbingEvening (9:00 pm)20 minutes od stair climbing10 minutes of jumping rope30 minutes of strength training And that all i really have so faris that enough exercise?did i eat enough or too much??What are some GOOD weight loss tips???

Theres a lot of BS going around about dieting, the main thing is you need to work out everyday, get a lot of sleep, sleep speeds metabolismAlso, the best tip is EAT 5 TIMES a day, this will make you burn fat like crazy., by 5 meals i mean small meals, of course.Big meals are difficult to burn off ! Especially at night., yes a food diary is good it helps you stay on track. I would also suggest though, to not deprive yourself. Like allow a little leeway every now and then. Just eat healthy and exercise. Your plan is a very good one, as long as those are foods you enjoy. Don t deprive yourself or it will backfire. DON T do that stupid 3 day diet!!! That s WAY too much coffee and junk in there, and DIETS DON T WORK! Eat right and exercise, and give yourself a little treat here and there. The other poster is right, 5 SMALL meals a day is a great way to do it, that s what I do. =) If you like peppermint patties, buy some to give yourself a good treat every day. They re great for a snack when you crave candy. Make breakfast your BIGGEST meal.xxx
