Pilates Help? -

I m 15 almost 16 in a month. I m currently 160 pounds and 5ft 2in well i want to lose about 30-40 pounds so i can get back to my normal weight. How many days a week should i do pilates in order to lose weight. I hate running and know i wont stick to running so i started pilates with a dvd its awesome. If you have anymore diet/weight loss tips feel free to tell me. Thanks Kim

Do it every other day. Also, do not snack. Eat three meals a day, coz it s easy to eat a lot of calories without realizing it when you snack. Drink lots of water at least 6-8 glasses a day!

4-5 days a week for about 45 minutes.
