if you re that concerned about losing weight, you need to focus more on eating and not starving yourself.eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains. exercise a couple times a week for 30 minutes + each time.give up unhealthy snacking foods, and drink alot of water.
Please, see a doctor ASAP!! Anorexia KILLS and it is a horrible disease to witness and even more terrible to live. Anorexia will make your life an absolute hell-hole, and don t fool yourself into thinking you ll be the exception because there ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
