well... you need to be positive about it. coz i found if i have a negative mind frame, i dont make progress.what you need to do is try incorporate exercise into your daily routine.. now i dont mean slaving away in the gym, coz that rarely works. i try to go for a brisk walk every day. i also do pilates, which i find is very effective, and you can see results fast. aka a month [but even in the first month of doing it every day you find it becomes easier and you can see muscle tone forming]as for the food problem, you need to break the habit of the 1 becomes 2 etc. i find that i need to stop and distract my self from eating when i am bored hungry or emotional hungry . like jump on the spot, wash your hands, or get out of the kitchen and read a book or something.eat more fiber and protein full foods, as these keep you fuller for longer. and make a set diet as to what times you eat. these should be roughly ever 3-4 hours. but the meals are to be small and healthy. not maccas or supersized crap. =Ptry to drink more water more, as your body may be feeling hungry, but is actually thirsty. so try drink a glass of water 10 minutes before you go to get something to eat, and you may feel your not hungry any more, because you were actually thirsty.so try these, and if you have any more questions, ask. coz i think there is more to *** to it, but i have a mental blank. hehehope this helps! and good luck. just remember, dont starve your self, exercise, and think positive! it all takes time.
