Any wrestlers out there help me with some weight loss tips? -

So season will start in a month or so. i weight about 165 170. lasted checked i was about 8 percent body fat in the water thing. i am 5 10. i want to go 160 during the season but its hard to keep it all off for the hole time. i tried just loseing it a few days before then going nuts after but thats not working. need tips.

well my boyfriend just constantly watched what he ate. for breakfast he would eat an orange, he ran a lot, and before duals if he needed to loose some water weight he would spit as a last resort. it drove me nuts...but it worked.
