Fast weight loss tips???? Please answer.? -

I m 13 years old and I want to lose weight before school starts. I want to lose about 30-40 pounds by the end of July. Please help. Thanks.

The way to achieve weight loss is a healthy, balanced diet coupled with regular aerobic exercise.

Work out. Increase your activity and eat reasonably and you will lose weight. I just spent 2 weeks scuba diving more than normal and lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. I normally dive 2-3 times a week and went out 2-3 times a day 4-6 days a week and lost a lot of weight while eating fried tacos everday! I m now saying you have to scuba dive (or eat fried tacos) but do 45 minutes of exercise 2 times a day at least 4 days a week and read the labels of what you eat. you can lose weight. just increase your activity. Burn more calories than you consume and your body will start to use up your body fat.

make sure that you eat healthy, and exercise plenty. try counting calories that you take in every day (3500 calories = 1 pound)
