The Slimming World plan is a great eating plan, and I lost a stone in 6 weeks by following it alone (i.e. without exercising). There are lots of free foods - i.e. that can be eaten in unlimited quantities, which I found good as you never have to go hungry.It s a bit complex to try and explain the whole routine in this answer as it does take a bit to get your head around. Try this for a week or two, and once you see the results, then you could maybe think about joining to get some more info/menu choices.http://www.slimmingworld.com/healthy_eat��There are also links to other recipes etc - you are allowed 10-15 syns per day (syn values are stated for some of the recipes) and you work on the concept of red days/green days where red days allow you to eat as much lean meat as you like, and green days allow unlimited quantities of potatoes/pasta.You are also allowed 2 Healthy Extra choices from dairy products - e.g. 250 mls semi-skimmed milk 27 g cheddar cheese, along with either 1 or 2 Healthy Extra choices from another list that allows you 2 slices of wholemal bread for example (from a 400g loaf). Weight Loss. Right Im Not Offending Anyone Here Coz i Think Its Great Yu All Answer These Questions, But On ? -
Every Question its the same answers eat fruit, vegetables, excercise, cardio, check yur BMI. . im getting bored!!! But wat i would like 2 ask is PLEASE can someone give me an eating plan? BULLET POINT TIPS. just a plan tips nothing elsee.. e.g breakfast: 1 glass of 250ml orange juice - 110 kcal special k bar - 90 kcal samee for breakfast lunch and dinnerr, but if theres already an answer od what yur going to say, i dont need it =P .. im not trying 2 sound like a complete smartass who knows everything coz im not, i just would like some new fresh ideas just not all the same answers! + weight loss tips btw, no products, maybe an excercise rougeine + it needs 2 fit in with my 10:55 till 11:15 break 1:20 2:15 lunch just a basic plan pleasee with calories included please. it would really be appreciateed. if i need 2 buy an item of food please where its from. i really dont mean 2 sound like a cow btw so soz if i do =] + soz its so long and last thing...im a female 5 3 =] Thanks Loads In Advance!
