Exercise more than you eat. Start with exercises you can handle first, and then move up to the more difficult exercises. Make SURE you stay active everyday, or the food you eat will continue to add pounds of fat to your body. Don t give up, you can do it man!

Drink lots of water. Avoid diet sodas because the artificial sweetener will spike your insulin the same as sugar. When you re a little hungry at night after dinner, do not eat, just be hungry until breakfast. Eat good meals and do have a little fat in your diet - that makes you feel full and keeps you on your diet. No snacks.

I ve only recently starting to push for weight loss, and it helps alot if you make some of it fun. What i mean is, well actually, just that, have fun haha.I make sure to play DDR every day or every other day (dance dance revolution). Most games come with a work out mode, and I just let it count to five hundred calories and then im done. I personally love DDR, and it gives me a few minutes of good excercise with some music and fun. Then after that, I just make sure I eat right ( I try... lol, anyway ), and if the weathers nice, I go for a walk. That s gonna give you mild weight loss if you try. TO get the big fourty or fifty, you just gotta start small and then get bigger, with more hardcore exercises like the kid up above. But just make sure you enjoy atleast part of what you re dong. THat s important!
Here s a few personal tips. If you maintain the daily caloric intake and adhere to a regular exercise program (at least 5 times per week...it doesn t have to be the same thing everyday), you should lose between 2 and 3 pounds per week. Losing any more than this is very unhealthy.Try to keep your diet between 1250 and 1400 calories a day. Write down the number of calories of everything that goes into your mouth (that has calories) Keep a daily log. You may come up with more or learn some in the futures, but for the time being here are a few food tips: Use Light bread instead of regular bread. Light bread is only 40 calories per slice and regular bread is 80 calories per slice. Instead of using sugars, use Splenda--it taste just as good except it has ZERO calories. Exchange regular soda pops for diet ones. For snacks try sugar free popsicles, pickles (if you can handle the sodium) sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, and fruit (watch the fruit intake...even though it s healthy they still have CALORIES)NEVER let yourself get too hungryNEVER leave the house hungryNEVER go grocery shopping while hungryIf you allow yourself to get too hungry, you usually make unwise choices in food. Same thing goes if you go grocery shopping while being hungry.If you leave the house hungry, you can be easily tempted to grab something like at a fast food restaurant such as a McDonald s Big Mac, order of fries, regular coke and an apple pie, which is more than 1500 calories in one whop! (that s more than your 1200-1400 calorie limit)EXERCISE: Such as: 1. Going for 45-minute walks. (brisk walks where you re swinging your arms as you walk)2. Swimming (30 minutes)3. Dancing for about 30 CONSECUTIVE minutes (twice a day) to fast music (play the music and dance in the privacy of your own bedroom)4. Bicycle riding (45 minutes or more)5. Eat vegetables. Drink 1-2 bottles of water a day. Make sure you excersice. Try to eat low fat foods or fat free. Dont eat alot of white bread.
ditch the greasy fast foods and eat more healthy foods. i hate eating vegetables so i eat alot of fruit and cereal. i also got involved in martial arts classes. watch less tv and play your favorite sport. be competative to work more and lose fat faster.

will try to go on a healthy diet. Dont starve yourself but like try something that you could stick with. That way your become skiny in no time. If you dont need to lose weight than dont because just bc people say you do dont mean there always right so dont try this if you are to skiny already
