Well maybe you should try dancing. LIke Dance Dance Revolution or just jammin to ur own music. It will melt he pounds away and you will have fun with it.
well just exercise don t do any pills because they may kill you even a minute of workout every day can help you
....you never mentioned if you drink lots of water.......drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound you weigh...so in your case that is approx. 8 -8oz glasses of water each and every day
