Weight loss tips? -

im 13.im 5 6 and i weigh 139.my biggest prblems are my thighs and my tummy.am i overweight?i really want to lose this weight.im really insecure about myself.please help!

alright holmz cut out all bread dont buy school lunch and go on a high proteen diet eat proteen every 2-4 hours and pretty much cut out all carbs you dont need them and your not overweight when you go in to the gym for a couple weeks just do your abs and thighs then do your tricepts and bicepts for a couple weeks. but in this make sure you wait at least 48 hours to work the same muscle. drink water and eat plunty of proteen. dont work out for more then 11/2 to 2 hours on the weights. this os what i do then after this i ride the bike four atleast 45 minutes so i hope this helps in any way but dont be insecure if you know your doing something about your weight then thers nothing to worry about so peace out Holmz

no white bread or rice....just limit your carbs. Only eat high fiber wheat carbs (oatmeal and wheat bread, high fiber cereal) to increase your metabolism. Start jogging too, instead of just walking. Dribnk atleast 2 glasses of milk a day and eat plain yogurts. Drink cranbery juice mixed with water and eat tons of fresh fruits and vegatables. Lift weights, even if its only 5 pounds. Do crunches and sit-ups and do leg excersizes to strain your muscel and loose fat. If you stick to eating a low carb low calorie and high fiber (fruits, vegatables, and high fiber grains) foods, continue working out (jogging and running and weights and sit-ups crunhces and leg exersizes) you will shed the fat and gain mucsel you will be proud of.

That sounds like a good weight for your height. However, if you want to eat healthier, which will probably shed pounds at the same time, then you should limit your sugar intake. High sugar items include, sodas, bread, rice, etc. If you eat a lot of any of these items, probably cutting just one of these out and not replacing it with something else will help. Do strength training for toning. All cardio (running) will do is hurt your knees and help your heart.

The first thing to do is to quit with sodas, junk food, reduce bad carbs (like white bread) and fast food, increase lean protein and veggies in the diet....exercise, walk for 30 mins a day really helps.

Eat only 3 times a day.Jog every morning about 2 miles.Do at least 20 sit ups pet dayDo at least 10 push up per dayAnd then see the result :)

Exercise will build your self confidence, even if the results aren t immediate. Start it up and avoid the fast food. Good luck.

lift weights, i know you dont think it would help for losing weight but it does. start taking a walk every day... then a jog part of the way... then jog the whole way. dont eat fast food very often
