Dude, that s my goal too to get skinny for spring break! I ve been obsessing over it since like forever! I m 17 and I m 5 7 and I weigh 130 and I want to weigh 115, but I know that there s no way that I can weigh that in four weeks. but I know that I can lose 5lb in 4 weeks so for spring break my goal is to weigh 125 and then by my graduation (I m a senior in HS) my goal is 115. Plus I run track so to be fast you have to be thin. I d say that if you want to lose weight you should do what I m doing and only eat btwn. 1200-1300 calories a day, (no junk food or sweets and little carbs--lots of celery and apples) good luck!! We can do it!!
