How to lose weight in a month? and maybe some abs? -

hey, im a girl... and my boyfriend is like working out everyday.. getting all fit and stuff.. i wanna lose weight at the same time as him so that he can still be attracted to me... problem is i cant go to the gym because my mom wont allow it.. i live across a local park.. any tips in how to impore my health?.. excersize and eating habit tips would help me so much.. please and thank you

jump-rope. I know alot of people dont do it anymore but if you seriously jump for 30mins a day....4 days a week you ll get nice abs. Also crunches are good, tough on the body but good, if theres a bar that you can do pull-ups on then that works too
