How to lose weight in short amount of time? -

i am 13 and weight 50-53 kg....i am quite short so i look fat....how can i lose weight over the school holidays?

Completely quit junk food / fried food and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Team healthy food with regular exercise and you ll be onto a winner!

take a slow walk or jog everyday and if you want, grab a friend. Also do crunches and pushups

Eat less. Move more.
