I think I can help you here! I lost 30 pounds in a year by doing the following...- Eat less (Don t over eat, stop when you are full)- WATER (drink only water. That will cut at at least 300 calories a day if you are used to drinking soft drinks, coffee, or juice at every meal)- LIMIT YOUR SWEET INTAKE - NO JUNKFOOD (for example - apple slices instead of chips. or even pretzels or trail mix)- WATCH OUT - for foods that seem low in calorie but are not. Like peanut butter....When we want a PB J we tend to pile it on but that stuff is nearly 200 calories per serving. (And a serving is 2 tablespoons btw)- CELERY - It s 0 calories! Making it a perfect snack!- NO MIDNIGHT SNACKS - eat ONLY when you are HUNGRY- JOG - It seems like hardwork, but 1 mile a day only takes me like 15 to 20 minutes. You just gotta get it overwith and after that you feel wonderful because it s done and you did something good for your body.GOOD LUCK!
Start pounding down the Apples 2-3 per day. One in the morning and one as a snack before bed. If you have trouble with late night snacking, apples will take care of that within two weeks. I lost over 65lbs and give much credit to apples. I also bike ride almost daily.
