How to lose weight in two weeks? -

How can you lose weight quite quickly in two weeks, even if it is doing loads of sit ups then i will do it, i just want an effective way!

exercise. Do what you enjoy doing. Like walking, jogging, riding your bike, ti-bo excersise videos. Anything! You also want to make sure you still eat a healthy diet. Don t just stop eating. What worked for me, so I stayed out of the fridge, I hung up pictures of really skinny models. That gave me the ambition to stay away from the chocolate cake. Also you might wanna get some friends invovled with you when you exercise. It ll make everything seem easier. Plus you wanna make sure you keep track of your calories. I hope this helps!

It s not safe to lose more than two to four pounds a week. (And) after the first two-three Weeks this will slow down a bit as well. please do not starve yourself or waste money on those dangerous diet wonder pills. Drink water, exercise and eat a sensible diet that includes a multi-vitamin and protein! If you are patient the results will be worth it and last forever....there really are no safe diets...only good life style changes. Best of luck!

Eat watermellons for exactly 2 weeks and do physical activity of some sort. If you get really hungry you can even a slice of bread with it. But you have to be determined. I lost 23 pounds in 2 weeks...guaranteed. Lunch, Dinner, snack...all watermellon...

It depends on how much weight you want to lose. Losing anything more than 4 lbs probably isnt healthy. Without starving or purging-- you should try and burn off more calories than you intake. Rapid weight loss schemes-- will only hurt you in the end-- bc you will gain the weight back (sometimes even more) as soon as you resume your regular eating habits. Drink lots of water-- cut down on salt and fatty junk food. Try doing cardio five times a week--dont burn yourself out-- but 30 mins of running or swimming should help. It also depends on your bodies metabolism!
