Ive been on the bowflex for 3 weeks and im not seeing results? -

k so i ve been working out on the bow-flex for 3 weeks, four times a week. its usually about 30 minutes. i have 15 exercises. 5 arm, 2 back, 3 abs and 5 legs. i do 1 rep of 20. i m barely seeing results. i haven t changed my diet, i feel my stomach looks larger than it used to be and what it should be. what am i doing wrong and how can i change it or when we the results show. if you have any other weight loss tips please share! :D thanks

The bowflex should be renamed the blowflex. Sell it and go to the gym and workout with dumbbells or barbells. Also, change your diet. You are never going to see results unless you diet.http://www.stumptuous.com/

LOL...30 min a day is not going to be enough to give you any results and it for sure is not going to give you results if you do not change your eating habits. there is not easy fix for fat...it takes lots of time and effort to change...and you are definitely not giving it either.
