okay for the THIGHS i have the same problem so what i do and it works awesome is get a chair and sit at the edge and lift one leg for 5 seconds and do it repetitively with other leg and do it about 15 times a day for each leg and you will get results! and for the BUTT is just do squats for 10 minutes and the butt will decrease of size.

You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. you can t spot lose. Meaning that if you are losing weight, you will lose a little all over. But you wont lose any if you aren t dieting and or exercizing. That is the only way
My butt and thighs are in shape. I do not want to loose weight there.
