Lots of water, then cardio, squats and lunges. I ve also heard that working your upper body will make your lower body smaller because you are still burning calories but your not bulking up your lower half. Good luck.

Get moving to break a sweat, even just 10 minutes, every day you can. Cut out sugar, and limit carbs, drink lots of water and keep your goal in sight. Build up your exercise each few days until you can do more, results will be in about a week!Good luck!
