I m 14 and I m 220, I m Big, really big even obese. I really trying hard to lose weight I m working out at the school gym, I m joining the school football team, I go to walk for two hours at planet fitness almost every night, and I eat salads every night mon-fri, I also started skipping breakfast. I lost 37 pounds by following the South Beach Diet. Basically, you stop eating sugar of any kind, and that includes rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, as well as cookies and the obvious ones.
