exercise and eat better.......not sayin it to be mean...but instead of chips or junk go for fruits and veggies........I tried secure meal shakes along with acai berry detox pills and purecleanse pro pills and i have had luck so far...... I recommend Jillian Michael s 30 day shred for exercice....it is a 20 min workout (or something like that) and it gives results...
