How to lose weight in a week or less? -

My prom is coming up, and I ve gained about 7 pounds since I bought the dress.I can t stick to a diet or a workout plan that will give results in just one week.Any other options? Or routines that have worked for people?I am considering crash-dieting.But I m staying healthy throughout this process.Help!
