Weight loss tips please? -

I am trying to lose fifteen pounds, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to losing weight?

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. I would suggest creating a 500 calorie deficit per day, 250 through food and 250 through exercise. What that means exactly is that you should burn about 250 calories a day through exercise (about a 30 min run or fast walk) and eat 250 calories less. This is a safe pace to lose weight, about 1-2 lbs a week. Good luck!
