wow you have too little time left... do your gym double make it 2 hours..and do a crash diet......eat..very less.this is very bad.. but corn chips and water only for meals would shed your weight in 4 days. 1 pack corn chips a meal. eat twice a day only.this will hunger you but it worked...... but again a bad crash diet return to normal diet with less carbs more protein after that need-to-be-slim day:Dyou can also drink lemon juice in the morning as you wake up before eating breakfast.....warning could harm intestine because of acid.*this crashed diet worked for me but important reminder health is much important in loosing weig
go to gnc and buy sumthing call isopure. you drink that all day as many scoops as you want and nothing else. and do 1 hour of cardio first thing in the morning. you shouldnt get hungry juss drink a shake everytimeyour hungry and make sure you mix it with water. drink alot of water too.
