If you are only 15 and you are already having problems, its a good time to start WATCHING what you eat NOW. Look at nutrition labels, and look at the CALORIES. If the calorie number is over 100 its probably not that great of a food for you... If you are really serious you gotta count up how much calories you eat per day, i wouldnt go over 1300... just write it down... and also go for a jog with your parents or do sit ups and jumping jacks in your room for 30 minutes... You are young so you shouldnt have a problem. If there is an appartment complex pool you can go in that is heated, id try that... u can loose weight by swimming laps...
im 15 too , and i ve seen that for me just eating right everyday and not slipping little things help along with running for about 30 minutes everynight . eat the 3 meals ; breakfast;lunch;dinner and i know for going to school its hard but just make your own lunch that morning or the night before and ask you mom to buy you good healthy food . I have an exersise room in the house so maybe see if you can get a tredmill if you dont already have one. but dont plan on seeing a 480759459347 weight loss in one week , it will take a sometime but keep going and going dont push yourself to much and then once you get the a plato spice up your work out . sorry for it being long just wanted to help , im going through the same thing [: -kristyn.
First of all you are 15 you should not be concerned about your weight, but if you are having that problem I would suggest that you eat fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water because water will fill you up when you are hungry. Walking helps also. You should keep your body in shape because I am 24 with two kids not fat but I have baby fat (stomach) and I can t loose it. Good luck and remember it takes time to loose weight.

Dieting can be quite dangerous if one doesn t do it the right way. It is Mission Impossible if you want to lose weight and look good just within a week the proper way. The best advise that I can give you is that...Do not starve yourself. Starvation to many people is the fastest way to lose weight, but it s also the fastest way to gain back double or triple the pounds that you lost originally in a very short amount of time. Try to eat at least 5 small meals everyday and stay active. If you haven t been very active, then you can start of just by walking 30 to 45 mins a day. Walking is one of the best exercises for your legs (thighs) and to lose the love handle around the waist area.Since you re only 15, I will assume that you don t drive or go places yourself unless you have some sort of transportations. Therefore, recommending going to the gym is not very efficient for you. You can always stay active by take walks around the blocks and start to excelerate your pace as you get used to it in a few weeks.I hope everything works out for you and wish you the best of luck.
I m not a nutritionist or anything but i would say the best way would be to concentrate on those areas more. maybe go to the gym and work on those areas for double the time of the other areas. or if you cant go to the gym everyday there are easy exercises to do at home. also a great way to get healthy is to go to a nutritionist or maybe if you don t want to go to a nutritionist you can order the health or fitness magazines because they give great tips. also some great exercises that defiantly work those areas are swimming and dancing
