How to lose weight on a school schedule? -

I never have time to exercise, so I need good advice on how do lose weight?Preferably 10 pounds?

Go one a diet don t cheat and excersise a lot and in 2 months you may lose lbs

Food diariesIt is helpful to know how much you normally eat. Estimating from memory is not very accurate. It is best to keep a diary, and write down every amount of food and drink that you have over a week or so. Include even the smallest of snacks. Add up the number of calories that you eat and drink each day. You may need advice from a practice nurse or dietician to calculate calories. However, there are plenty of books that give calorie counts for different foods.It may be helpful to keep up the diary for several weeks to see the difference in calories that you eat before and after a change to a healthier diet. To lose weight, you must eat less calories each day than previously.Top tip - do not forget the drinks. Some drinks contain lots of calories, such as alcoholic drinks and sugary drinks.

Make adjustments. A successful weight loss strategy based on reducing calorie intake and increasing activity can be adjusted to maintain your desired weight once you reach it. Unlike typical diets, this method is sustainable -- it is a lifestyle change, not a binge-and-purge exercise. Slowly adjust your diet and exercise to include more weight training and calories, as much as is comfortable for you. If you do gain any weight back, you want that weight to be lean, toned muscle, not fat. In addition, weight training, no matter what your age, prevents muscle atrophy and can help stave off osteoporosis.* Instead of thinking of it as losing a certain amount of pounds, think of it as being a certain weight. So if you are 145 pounds, and you would like to lose 10 pounds, think of it as being 135 pounds. This helps you think about it as a long-term goal and not just losing the weight to gain it back again.

There are many ways to do this. Here are some tips that I have found worked from my experiences or friends :*Exercise (the top one all the way, try to make time for it if you can, even just 30 minutes a day)*Not eating out*Eating 4-5 small meals a day (small size = granola bar or cup of soup)*Making those small meals salads, fruit, veggies*Do NOT buy new clothes when you know you are gaining weight. It will encourage you to start loosing weight if you know you can t fit your clothes*Do not eat desserts or sweets (I read somewhere that your body doesn t register candy and other sweets and so hangs on to it)*Eat breakfast (if you don t, you are bound to be starving come lunch and will eat so that you stretch your stomache more (bad!))*Do little things: walk when you could be driving, park far away, walk around campus on your spare time, do something that involves walking when you get together w/ your friends, choose the stairs!*When you do have to go out to dinner, order soup and/or share with a friend*My friend lost weight by eating a regular breakfast and dinner, only eating a half a sandwich and Cliffbar for lunch, and making it a rule not to eat after 7:30. She lost at least 10 lbs and look so fit, but she also had a job that involved labor.Hope these help. to lose weight, you need to mostly diet. excerise helps a lot but its mostly about dieting. lay off the junk food. if your on a school schedule, maybe u can get 4 smaller meals a day instead of 3. have the extra meal when you get home after school. eat a lot of low calorie foods. a lot of vegetables and water. fruit or peanuts for snackstry to get as much exercise as u can to burn off the stored calories in your body fat, try to fit in about 30 minutes of exercise in your schedule everyday. riding a bike, walking, any cardio would be very helpfulthey say that losing 1 pound of body fat = a loss of 3500 caloriestry your best lol and good luck :)

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It��s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Hello!I know what it s like when i was at school you we re there all day and it s getting the time too exercise but..on weekend s you could join a swimming class or even going with your family would be great,walking too school instead of taken the bus if you live close even on weekends going for a jog or dancing too music for an hour in your bedroom because it s fun and you can just move! doing some workout videos is also great! remember eat right aswell by eating fresh fruits and vegs!,theres loads of articles on the internet GOOD LUCK

Eat better foods, like celery has negative calories. It is a weight loss food. Sugar free jello, and lettuce are great as well. It should be easier to lose weight at school because there wouldn t be food around you all the time.

i would say get like a 3 month gym member ship and go for about 2 hour bout 3-4 time a week after school
