I don t think you need to lose weight if your only 12 and only 15 pounds overweight. but if you really want to I think you should try and stay away from junk foods but sometimes you can have something just not too too much. and eat healthy and only have two snacks a day and make them around 100 cal Report Abuse

hey when i was under 12 i was so fat that i couldnt even where the child sized pants or shirts, i had to wear the adults ones but as i grew up i became taller and slimmer so i dont really think you should worry that much. If you are really concerned about it try having some friends to come over and play with you outdoors or vice versa and try having a puppy ( if you can) so you can take walks with it which helps you lose a lot of weight and keeps you healthy, another choice is to stay active at home. When you have nothing to do clean your room or do some household chores to keep you busy. Oh yeah i forgot when i was about 10 to 19 (about now) i was doing some talent shows like dancing, singing, performing etc, so is there are any festivals or something coming up take part of it.

Cut down on your carbohydrate amount. Eat mostly protein and keep your carbs per gram lower than 9 grams per meal.
