How to lose weight in one week ? -

Please help!! have an important event next week that involves me in a swimsuit! so any suggestions will work. Thanks!

well if you can I d suggest swimming but if you cant then check out workout on youtube they usually have something really good like squats and running also eating healthy is important also lunges help with your legs and go for a mile walk or run ever good lucky day
